Quantity

Cinnamon, Fennel, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Coriander, Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Clove, Stone Flower, Chilli, Mace, Salt
1. Fry 250g of onions in ghee. Add ginger-garlic paste (made from 2 garlic pods, 2 ginger fingers and 5 green chillies), 2 sliced tomatoes, few coriander leaves, and curry leaves.

2. Add 2 tbsp Agara Biryani Masala and cook with 500g of chicken pieces.

3. Seperately, fry 500g of soaked rice in ghee for 5 minutes; add water, salt and boil it.

4. Mix the cooked chicken with rice and add required ghee. Cook it for 20 minutes with lid closed and serve hot.

*For Mutton Biryani, cook the mutton pieces well before mixing.
