Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Dry Red Chilli, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Mustard, Garlic, Fenugreek, Salt
1. Cut 500g of fish into pieces. Rub with lemon juice, salt and set aside for 30 minutes. Wash the fish pieces and drain water.

2. Heat 6tbsp of oil in a separate pan and fry the pieces on low heat for 5 minutes and keep aside after draining.

3. Heat 4tbsp oil, add 3tbsp of Agara Fish Curry Masala, 1 cup water, 2tbsp tamarind pulp, 3 crushed tomatoes and keep stirring till it boils.

4. Add the fried fish pieces and simmer for another 5 minutes to reach required consistency. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
