Shahi Paneer Recipe:
Heat 4tbsp cooking oil in a pan, add 2tsp cumin seeds, 2 chopped onions, 1.5tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute till onions turn golden brown. Add 4tbsp Agara Kitchen King Masala mixed with 1 cup of curd. Cook till oil emerges in sides. Add cashews, 4 cut tomatoes, 0.5 cup water and cook for 5 minutes. Add 20g butter and turn the heat off. Churn the mix with a blender. Mix 0.5tsp of Agara Chilli Powder, required salt and 2tbsp yoghurt cream. Add 300g of paneer cubes and cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
